Cancellation policy

As we are a small boutique bed and breakfast cancellations affect us greatly.

Therefore we do have to apply cancellation charges

• Within 14 days of arrival 50% of total booking
• Within 3 days of arrival 100% of total booking
• We will endeavour to resell the room(s) and will refund if successful.

Payment Policy:

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

Valid, current credit card details would be required to confirm a reservation.
